If you are already a tenant in one of our properties and you need an information or our help, you may find your solution here.
Notification of damage:
It may happen that necessary repair work has to be carried out in your flat. In principle, the landlord is responsible for the repair work. In individual cases, however, this duty may also lie with you as a tenant. For example, if you have caused the damage yourself. If a "minor repair clause" has been agreed in the tenancy agreement, "minor" repairs up to an agreed maximum amount are to be carried out by you as a tenant.
You are welcome to send us your damage report comfortably via our contact form.
Please attach a picture of the damage so that we can find a solution as soon as possible.
We will then contact you immediately and discuss the further procedure.
Termination of the tenancy
As a tenant, you have the right to terminate the tenancy at any time without giving reasons. Please note the agreed notice periods and, if applicable, a waiver of termination. Notice of termination must be given in writing (by letter with signature).
