Thank you for your interest in our Internet presence and our offers on our website.
The protection of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data") is a major and very important concern for us. In the following we would therefore like to inform you in detail about which data is collected during your visit to our website and use of our offers there and how it is processed by us in the following. Furthermore, we would like to inform you about the rights you are entitled to and the technical and organisational protective measures we have taken with regard to the processing of your data.
2. Name and address of the data controller and service provider

Please address any questions or comments regarding this data protection declaration or data protection in general to the following e-mail address: info@gwc-liegenschaftsverwaltung.de.
3. Collection and use of your data
The extent and nature of the collection and use of your data differs depending on whether you visit our website only to retrieve information or whether you use offers on our website which require you to provide further data about yourself, for example when using our contact form:
a) Informational use
For the purely informational use of our website, it is generally not necessary for you to provide personal data.
Rather, in this case we only collect and use the data that your internet browser automatically transmits to us, such as
- Date and time of access to one of our Internet pages
- Your browser type
- the browser settings
- the operating system used
- the last page you visited
- the amount of data transferred and the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.) and
- Your IP address.
We collect and use this data during an informative visit exclusively in a non-personal form. This is done in order to enable the use of the Internet pages you have called up and to be able to check whether our web pages are displayed optimally.
We use the IP address only for the duration of your visit and save the data for logging purposes only in anonymised form by shortening the IP address so that it can no longer be assigned.
The processing is carried out on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) DSGVO (weighing up of interests) and in our interest to be able to display our website reliably and as trouble-free as possible.
b) Use of the contact form
If you wish to contact us using the contact form provided on our website, we will collect the following data from you:
- Name
- E-mail address
- Address
- Your message to us

We use this information to respond to your request.
Insofar as your enquiry relates to an existing contractual relationship with you or you are interested in concluding a contract, the data processing is carried out on the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. b) DSGVO (contract initiation and contract fulfilment).
Otherwise, data processing is carried out on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) DSGVO (balancing of interests) and in our interest in order to be able to answer your enquiry with the information relevant to you.
We store the data collected via the contact form and the communication to answer your enquiry for 6 weeks.
4. Use of cookies
a) Which cookies do we use?
We use the technology of cookies for our internet presence. Cookies are small text files that are sent to your browser by our web server when you visit our website and are stored on your end device for later retrieval.

b) Disabling cookies
Whether cookies can be set and retrieved is determined by the settings in your browser. You can, for example, completely deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser, restrict it to certain websites or configure your browser so that it automatically notifies you as soon as a cookie is to be set and asks you for feedback. You can block or delete individual cookies. For technical reasons, however, this may result in some functions of our website being impaired and no longer functioning fully.

We do not currently use social media plug-ins.
6. Involvement of service providers and transfer to third parties
In order to provide this website and for the aforementioned purposes, your data may be passed on to technical service providers supporting us (e.g. website hosting, support, quality assurance or mailing service), which we have of course carefully selected and commissioned in writing.
